If you experience an issue with the hardware (e.g. a mobile device, a barcode
etc.) supplied by SagaData Solutions,
use the following form to submit a repair request.
Please note the RMA number (it will appear after this form is submitted and included in e-mail confirmation).
Please indicate this number on the shipping bill when you send the hardware / device to us.
This will help us to speed up the repair process
